Love using this app.

Constantly crashing and frequently fails on settling transactions. For lack of a better alternative is the only reason to use this app.

Mitro *PM Modi style* this app is a life saver since demonitization. I encourage everyone to get this app.

Constantly nags you to rate the app. There is no "no thank you" option. Only "rate" and "remind me later" so you have no choice. Either it keeps bothering you or you have to rate it. So Im rating it: one star.

Works half the time

Good app which can be used by smallest of vendors but it hangs frequently and is very slow

Could be more friendly with mobile screen flips

Have been using this app for some time now and I have to say it is very good. Works seamlessly with vendors and has lots of features which makes life easy. I have used it to pay vendors, electricity bills and to give money to friends.

Nice app for cash less But pay time security is not available for iPhone so is bad.

Please do not use paytm. App has issues and sometimes payment takes place multiple times. Worst customer support add on to it. Still struggling to get my money back

Good app overall. When going to 3D page with OTP the page loads slowly that makes me click customer care link by mistake almost all the times. There is no back button so I have to reinitiate the transaction from the beginning - this is frustrating. 20000 limit monthly is quite low for me as Im visiting from abroad and note crisis here. There should be some provision to increase this limit.

Marketing ads are cluttered,proceed to pay feature closes the app on selecting multiple offers,offers are not easily visible on mobile, concept of promocode and offers are mixed up, mobile transaction history is limited, lots of scope to make the app better

Broken application , when I open application it asks for app needs to be updated. But when I check App Store no update available . So useless app on iPhone and which cant be used

Customer care in not talk to direct. Say to mail.... but mail reply not good for me.

I have used the app. Basic recharge from debit card and then paying large e-vendors works. Some small vendors the app freezes. Cash back promos are not working. Better build necessary for the update

I was satisfied till I got upgradation done. Now it is not working. I need some help.
