Loved Paytm for its user friendly way in recharging my phone dth and booking a cab through uber. But recently I lost 130rupees in my Paytm wallet. I called customer care they told they will explain it only through mail. Its been a week after me posting a complaint and no response from Paytm. Lost my impression on them.
